A: “IIRC” stands for “Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.” This set of dynamic, or always changing, standards that have to be met in order to be a certified firm and to ensure that the best quality services and products are utilized. It’s kind of the FDA of carpets. Look for the official Seal to prevent the untrained from caring for your home.

Q: What does it cost to have carpets cleaned?

A: To avoid any surprises or complications we prefer to schedule a carpet appraisal ahead of time. During and appraisal, a certified technician measures and considers 3 factors in his assessment”

1. We offer a variety of cleaning packages. Each cleaning package varies in services-such as Teflon Protector and fan rentals-that influences the price.

2. Soil volume and the make-up of your carpets also affect price. Highly soiled or extremely delicate material requires both special attention and the use of exceptional chemical compounds to safely restore your carpet to its best.

3. Your location is another factor. It’s simple really: the farther we have to trave, the more fuel we use. We offset this expense by adding a few cents to the price per square foot, averaging and extra $5.00 per job...Not bad!

Q: how long does it take to have carpets cleaned?

A: We are able to clean approximately 400 square feet per hour. This can vary upon the amount of soil, how much furniture needs to be moved, specialty spottling procedures, and setup time.

Q: How do you clean the carpets?

A: We use a soft water extraction process also known as “steam cleaning”. Our self-contained truck mount units render us the cleanest results and allow us to use our own water! We won’t run up your bills and we can serve you even if your water is not available!

Q: How long does it take for carpets to dry?

A: Drying time depends on room temperature and air circulation. Most arpets dry within 6-8 hours, when climate variable in the room are correct.

Q: Is your work guaranteed?

A: 100%!!! We strive for excellence in customer satisfaction. We will come back and touch-up carpets free of charge–usually within 48 hours–if the first cleaning was unsatisfactory in any way! We do not, however, guarantee stain removal. Some stains simply cannot be removed with special carpet replacement techniques.
